This policy explains how orders may be cancelled and payments refunded by قصه, recognizing that some services and products are prepared specifically to the customer’s measurements and requirements. It is an operational policy and does not provide a guarantee beyond applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

1. Cancellation before work begins

A customer may request cancellation before tailoring or alteration begins, fabric is cut, special materials or supplies are purchased, a pickup or measurement representative is dispatched, or preparation of a customized product begins.

If work has not begun and no order-related costs have been incurred, the amount paid will be refunded in full through an available method.

2. Cancellation after work begins

Made-to-order products or services cannot be cancelled or refunded after work begins.

If work can be stopped, قصه may refund the remaining portion after deducting completed work, fabrics and materials used or purchased, completed pickup, measurement, or delivery fees, and other actual order-related costs. The refundable amount will be explained before cancellation is completed.

3. Cancellation of ready-made products

If a ready-made product has not been shipped, the customer may request cancellation and a refund. Once shipped or delivered, the request is handled under the Exchange and Return Policy.

4. Urgent orders

An urgent-order fee is non-refundable once work begins or urgent production time is reserved. If work has not begun, eligibility for a refund of the urgent fee will be reviewed according to the order’s circumstances.

5. Cancellation by قصه

If قصه cannot fulfill an order because a service or material is unavailable or for another reason attributable to قصه, the customer may accept a suitable alternative with their approval or cancel and receive a refund for the unperformed portion.

6. Refund process

• A refund is approved after the order status is reviewed.
• The amount is returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
• Arrival time depends on the bank or payment provider.
• Fees for a service already performed are not refunded.
• The customer is informed of the approved amount and refund method.
